"And you also are among those Gentiles who are called to belong to Jesus Christ."

Your identity matters

Have you ever wondered if you truly have a place in God's Kingdom?

Romans 1:6 answers that question with beautiful hope. Paul reminds the Gentile believers that they, too, were called to belong to Jesus Christ. They were not forgotten, excluded, or second-class citizens in God's family.

My friend, that same invitation is extended to us today.

We live in a world divided by culture, ethnicity, nationality, politics, social status, and countless other labels. Yet God's Kingdom is not built on the divisions created by humanity. It is built on the saving work of Jesus Christ.

In Christ, our greatest identity is not where we come from but to whom we belong.

Jesus Himself declared:

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16, NIV)

Notice that Scripture says the world. God's invitation has always extended to every nation, every tribe, every language, and every people.

From the very beginning, Satan has worked to separate humanity from God. In the Garden of Eden, sin distorted what God created and fractured our relationship with Him. But God did not abandon His creation.

Through Jesus Christ, God made a way for us to be reconciled to Him and welcomed into His family.

Do not allow the enemy to convince you that you are too broken, too different, or too far gone to belong to Jesus Christ.

That is a lie.

The cross declares that God's invitation is still open.

Jesus is the only way back to the Father. Through Him we are forgiven, adopted into God's family, and given the hope of eternal life.

The invitation has been extended.

The question is not whether Jesus is calling.

The question is whether you will answer His call.

Will you surrender your life to Jesus Christ and discover what it truly means to belong to Him?
